LEGAL MATTERS
It is expected that Johnson County employees and nonprofit groups within the County who use the eCivis Grants Locator will abide by the terms and conditions of the County’s Agreement with eCivis. Areas of primary concern are listed below:
Username and Password
The username and password assigned to you is for you only; it is not to be shared with others within or outside of your department or organization.
Since the County has an unlimited number of accounts with eCivis there is no need for username and password sharing as each person can have their own personal account.
Information Sharing
As an account holder, you have the right to create on-line or off-line printouts of information retrieved from the Grants Locator, and reproduce, reformat, analyze, print and display such printouts, to download and store, in machine-readable form, portions of such materials as included in any individual file accessed by you, in connection with your normal business activities.
You may not, however, engage in such activity if it is for commercial sale, redistribution, broadcast or transfer of such materials.
